How to permanently delete your Momentum Arc account and what data is removed.
1.Delete your Momentum Arc account
You can permanently delete your Momentum Arc account from the app. Account deletion removes your profile, cloud backup, and all recovery data tied to your account.
This page explains how to delete your account, what is removed, and what you may need to do separately.
2.How to delete your account
Follow these steps in the Momentum Arc mobile app:
- Open Momentum Arc.
- Go to Settings.
- Open Account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm deletion when prompted.
3.What happens when you delete your account
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
Once the deletion is complete, you will be signed out and returned to the app's welcome screen.
The following will be permanently deleted:
- Your Momentum Arc account
- Your profile and account settings
- Your recovery profiles and progress
- Your recovery history and tracked events
- Your cloud backup and synced data
- Any data stored locally by the app on your device
Your subscription is not automatically cancelled.
If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it separately through the App Store or Google Play.
4.Data that may be retained
Momentum Arc does not retain your recovery content after account deletion. Aggregated, non-identifying analytics may remain in our analytics platform according to our Privacy Policy retention schedule.
Billing records for App Store or Google Play subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not by Momentum Arc.
5.App Store and Google Play subscriptions
Deleting your Momentum Arc account does not automatically cancel an active Recovery+ subscription.
If you have an active subscription, cancel it separately through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings to avoid future charges.
