These Terms of Service govern your use of Momentum Arc. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these terms.

- You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
- If you are under 18, use the app with guidance from a parent or guardian where required by law.
2.Description of Service
Momentum Arc helps you track recovery systems, understand patterns, and build long-term momentum. An account is optional — you may use the app offline without signing in.
- Use the app for lawful, personal purposes only.
- Keep your device and account credentials secure.
- Sign in with Apple or Google to enable optional cloud backup.
3.Your Responsibilities
You agree not to misuse Momentum Arc or harm other users or the service.
- No harassment, abuse, or unlawful activity through the app.
- No attempts to bypass security, access others' data, or overload systems.
- No use of the app to provide medical advice to third parties.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
4.Subscriptions & Billing
Recovery+ unlocks premium features such as advanced intelligence, forecasts, and extended coach capabilities. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Subscription options and pricing are shown in-app for your region.
- Trials, billing, and renewals are handled by the respective app store.
- You may cancel at any time through your app store account.
- Refunds are managed by Apple or Google under their policies.
5.Privacy
Your privacy matters. Recovery data stays on your device unless you enable optional cloud backup. We do not sell personal data or build advertising profiles.

6.Intellectual Property
Momentum Arc, including its design, software, branding, and content, is owned by Didrik Hansen Studio and protected by applicable laws.
- You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the app.
- You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the app or its content without permission.
- Your recovery data remains yours.
7.Disclaimer & Liability
Momentum Arc is provided for self-improvement and recovery awareness — not as medical care. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Momentum Arc is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee specific recovery outcomes or uninterrupted service.
- In an emergency, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.
- Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the product or legal requirements evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
